Key Features
EHWB boilers are designed and manufactured for a system in which heat is transferred to the water by immersion heating elements.
An EHWB boiler is a cylindrical vessel fitted with suitable connection flanges for the heating elements. A vertical cylindrical design is used for small capacities, and a horizontal cylindrical design for large capacities.
The thermal load of the heating elements is selected to be less than 10 W/cm².
Heating elements with multiple flange connections are used so that the boiler can continue to operate if any heater fails.
Hinged covers are provided so that the heaters can be reached easily. Maintenance and replacement of the heaters can therefore be carried out readily.
The boiler design is prepared in accordance with the PED2014/68 directive and bears the CE mark.
Where applicable, the standards EN12953, EN13445 and EN1090 are observed.
