Key Features
As soon as water passes into the vapor phase it is called saturated steam, and it has a saturated steam temperature that depends on the pressure. If heat continues to be transferred to the fluid in the saturated steam phase, the steam temperature begins to rise and the fluid enters the superheated steam phase.
For example, the saturated steam temperature at 6 bar is 158°C. If heating of the steam continues, a fluid is obtained at 6 bar but at a higher temperature (e.g. 200°C).
Depending on the system design, steam superheaters can be arranged within the boiler or manufactured as separate equipment.
According to capacity, they can be manufactured for electric, liquid-fuel or gas-fuel firing.
They are supplied as a package together with safety and control systems.
It is supplied with long-life insulation that reduces heat losses to a minimum.
Manufactured in accordance with EN12952 and the PED2014/68 CE directive.
Weld inspection on our boilers is carried out by non-destructive testing (NDT) within the scope and rates specified in EN 12952-6.
Our welded fabrication is carried out by our certified welders in accordance with approved WPS and WPQR. In manufacture, MIG-MAG and SMAW welding techniques are applied in accordance with the standards.
It is manufactured from high-quality certified boiler plate and seamless drawn steel boiler tube, in accordance with the requirements of the standards.
