A deaerator is recommended for every system in which water remains without circulation for 15 minutes or longer, the time needed for oxygen and corrosive gases to dissolve.

Akkaya Boilers manufactures 2 types of deaerator: the SSD compact deaerator and the TDG thermal deaerator.

AKK – SSD type (spray – scrubber) spray compact deaerators are preferred for their compact construction and ease of operation. With a water spray system fitted on the condensate tank and a steam-injection heating system inside the tank, it is a high-efficiency gas-removal system.

AKK-TDG thermal deaerators consist of a deaerator dome and a deaerator tank. The deaerator tank contains a coil steam heater. The deaerator dome, which performs mechanical separation, is mounted on top of this tank. Water is pumped from the condensate tank to the deaerator tank by a separate pump. The condensate tank, the deaerator tank, the deaerator dome and the deaerator pump station are the main components.

Akkaya deaerator systems are supplied as a package, with a pressure reducing station, a pump group, a thermostatic valve group and other accessories.

Deaerator systems are manufactured in various capacities according to the boiler capacities to be selected.
