It is manufactured, in line with the requirements of the standards, using high-quality certified boiler plate and seamless cold-drawn steel boiler tube.

The combustion chamber is made up of membrane-wall, water-tube sections. Flue gas travels through the convection heat-transfer section formed by tube bundles and is discharged through the flue outlet duct on the side.

Our welded fabrication is carried out by certified welders in accordance with approved WPS and WPQR. Automatic submerged arc welding, MIG-MAG and SMAW welding techniques are applied in manufacture in line with the standards.
